5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Specifically:

  • Enquiry data: Retained for up to 3 years from the date of last engagement, unless you request earlier deletion.
  • Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 8 years as mandated by the Income Tax Act and RERA regulations.
  • Marketing consents: Until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe.
  • Website analytics: Anonymised and aggregated data retained indefinitely; identifiable data deleted after 26 months.

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures as mandated under the SPDI Rules, 2011, including:
